Our fee is charged on a "per-transaction" basis, which means that no matter what the purchase price is…the rate is always the same. No matter how long the escrow period or how difficult the transaction, you are charged a consistent rate.  An invoice is sent to the title company prior to funding, so you are never required to write a check.  Since you don't pay for your transaction coordination services until it closes you are not creating any overhead for your business unless you have a positive cash flow. For that reason this service is perfect for new and seasoned agents alike...or any agent that values their time and would like to choose how they spend it!
